About the event
I am pleased to announce that my free monthly drop-in meditation session will now take place once a fortnight at the breakfast-time slot of 8.30 CET on a Wednesday morning.
If you are a regular you can join on the same link and if you are new you can find the Zoom link below along with the dates and times, up to the end of 2023.
Each session we meet for 30 minutes for a short mindfulness teaching and a longer guided practice. I look forward to seeing you there.
