I will empower you to take an honest look at the big picture of your life and devote time to investing in yourself. My coaching approach and professional experience blends, traditional coaching, Mindfulness, NLP and Reiki and supports you to create habits of well-being in all areas of your life.

My coaching style is nurturing and insightful offering a blend of support and challenge. Our coaching conversations can take place in person or via video call. I also offer Walk and Talk Coaching, harnessing the well-being effects of spending time in nature whilst we focus on your personal goals.
