Here's What a Recent Participant Had to Say

I always thought that I was ok, yes certain things would make me feel out of control, by that I mean giving me a nervous tummy or the feeling of a cat on a hot tin roof. The Introducing Mindfulness course has changed my life. Ok, I still have those feelings but I now have learnt, with the help of mindfulness, how to get those feelings under control. Mindfulness works for me and I feel so much better for it.

“Mindfulness is a pause – the space between stimulus and response: that’s where choice lies.”
