Cultivate Practice in Good Company
Thresholds: Seasonal Retreats
A Year of Seasonal Retreats designed for women and kindred spirits navigating life’s turning points – Thresholds offers a series of nature-infused mindfulness-based reatreats, cultivating depth, community, and embodied wisdom through the rhythm of the seasons.

Across the turning of the year, we gather at four seasonal thresholds — spring equinox, summer solstice, autumn equinox and winter solstice — to pause and practise together. These retreats are shaped by the natural elements and by the understanding that we, too, move in cycles of beginning, ripening, releasing and tending.
Each session can be booked to attend in-person or online, offering flexibility for those near and far. As we follow the arc of the seasons, nature will guide us as we honour different dimensions of our shared human journey: Beginning, Body, Belonging and Benevolence.
Through meditation, gentle movement, reflection and time in nature, we cultivate awareness that is embodied, relational and quietly transformative. You can relax into knowing you will be guided by a well-qualified, trauma-informed mindfulness teacher, drawing on master’s-level research, creating a safe and supportive space for exploration.

This series is for those with an established mindfulness practice who are longing to live it more deeply — in their work, their relationships and in their wider contribution to the world. Each retreat stands alone. Taken together, they form a steady arc of care. By nurturing ourselves in this way, we are better able to be present for those we care for — and for the wider world.

Spring - The Breath of Beginning
Saturday 21st March 2026, 12:00 - 15:00 (CET)
From darkness into light, we gather at the Spring Equinox to awaken to what is beginning. This half-day retreat carries the freshness of the season — like the first breath of spring air — inviting awareness, curiosity, and a gentle turning toward new possibilities. Through meditation, reflection, and time in nature, we open to clarity and intention, nurturing ourselves so that we can be fully present for others and the wider world.
Summer - Ripening into Presence
Saturday 27th June 2026, 10:00 - 15:00 (CET)
At the height of the year, we explore what has ripened and what is ready to be lived fully. This full day blends meditation, gentle movement, and time outdoors, allowing both stillness and vitality to arise. In the warmth of summer light, we inhabit our bodies with attention and care, cultivating presence that flows naturally into our work, relationships, and contribution to the world.

Autumn - The Circle of Belonging
Saturday 19th September 2026, 13:00 - 16:00 (CET)
As the light softens and leaves turn, we gather to notice what has come to fruition and what can now be released. This half-day retreat invites us to be grounded, aware of our connections, and grateful for the support around us. Through mindful reflection, sharing, and attention to the cycles of nature, we explore belonging — to ourselves, each other, and the wider world — and cultivate the reciprocity that sustains us.
Winter- Tending the Inner Hearth
Saturday 12th December 2026, 13:00 - 16:00 (CET)
At the Winter Solstice, we slow into the depth of the season, creating space for reflection, rest, and renewal. Like water gathering beneath the frozen ground, we nurture ourselves so that care naturally flows outward — toward loved ones, community, and the world. Through meditation, compassionate practices, and quiet reflection, we tend the inner hearth, listening deeply to what endures and preparing to greet the new year with warmth, presence, and intention.
