For those who would like to travel the full arc of the year, Year in the Round offers a premium, full-year mindfulness package, bringing together all four seasonal retreats at a loyalty discount. This package allows you to develop a steady, ongoing practice and benefit from continuity, stability, and support throughout the seasons. By nurturing yourself across the year, you strengthen your capacity to be present for those you care for — and for the wider world. You can relax into knowing you will be guided by a well-qualified, trauma-informed mindfulness teacher, drawing on master’s-level research, creating a safe and supportive space. Across the four retreats, sessions blend guided meditation practices, time for personal reflection, nature-infused poetry, and gentle mindful movement — all designed to cultivate awareness, embodiment, relational presence, and active care. Each session can be attended in-person in Luxembourg (small, intimate groups) or online via Zoom. Cancellation Policy
Conditions: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required in the event of cancellation of the event or programme. In the event that the programme is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% payment will be required. If the cancellation is received with less than 24 hours’ notice, then full payment will be required. If the cancellation is due to medical reasons and a medical certificate is provided, then a refund of 90% will be given within 7 days. Individual sessions which are part of an ongoing programme may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice by agreement. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be changed and treated as lost if part of multi-session programme. Thank you for your understanding.
