My coaching brings together over 25 years of experience in learning and development, corporate leadership, embodied practice, and nature-based facilitation.
As a qualified coach and mindfulness teacher (BAMBA/EAMBA) and Eco-Therapist my work is shaped by evidence-based approaches, relational presence, and a deep respect for our interconnectedness with the natural world.

Sometimes people come to coaching because the seasons of their life are shifting; sometimes because they’re moving through a particularly stormy or uncertain time. Others simply long for a clearer horizon or a moment to pause and take in the view more deeply. Mindfulness and Compassion Coaching
For grounding, emotional clarity, resilience, and inner steadiness
I teach mindfulness and compassion because these practices have changed my life. They’ve helped me meet the inevitable challenges we all face with more steadiness, soften self-judgement, and stay connected to what matters most — and I’m passionate about sharing these benefits with others. My coaching offers a warm, grounded space where you can pause, listen inwardly, and reconnect with your own wisdom.
Alongside my personal practice, I hold a Masters in Mindfulness-Based Approaches and have trained across a wide range of mindfulness and compassion-based programmes, giving my work a strong evidence-based foundation while keeping it relational and attuned to each person. →
Eco-Therapy and Nature-Assisted Coaching
For reconnecting with yourself, the natural world, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Eco-therapy and nature-assisted coaching invite a more relational, embodied way of being, guided by the rhythms and wisdom of the natural world and animals. This grounded approach supports emotional regulation, perspective-shifting, and self-awareness — indoors or outdoors, or even online from your “home base.”

Nature- Assisted coaching offers a gentle way to be guided by nature’s insights and wisdom whilst Eco-Therapy invites a deeper journey of healing alongside nature. Although not clinical therapy, many clients find the nature-supported, embodied Eco-Therapy approach deeply restorative, particularly if traditional therapy feels unappealing. →

Integrative Coaching
For whole-person transformation, conscious leadership, and holistic growth.
Integrative coaching begins with a simple truth: we are not separate parts to be managed — we are whole human beings. Real change happens when mind, body, emotion, and spirit are invited back into relationship. This is the heart of my work: helping you listen inwardly, connect with your deeper knowing, and move through life with greater coherence and authenticity.

Alongside this holistic foundation, I draw on systems thinking, Theory U, the Inner Development Goals, the Work That Reconnects, and more than 25 years' cross-sector professional experience.

Mindfulness Supervision and Eco-Coach Mentoring
For mindfulness teachers and coaches integrating compassion, nature-connection, and ecological awareness into their work.
After almost a decade of practising as a nature-assisted coach, I’ve come to recognise how much of my work has been shaped by the generosity of the natural world. Over time, I felt a quiet but persistent call to give something back. Offering supervision and mentoring feels like a way to honour reciprocity by supporting others to cultivate the same depth of connection and in their own teaching and coaching.

Alongside this lived experience, my approach is grounded in solid training and academic study. With an MA in Mindfulness-Based Approaches and specialist training in mindfulness-based supervision and climate coaching, I support mindfulness teachers who want to bring compassion and eco-awareness more fully into their courses. I also mentor coaches who are expanding into nature-based, eco-aware practice, drawing on my qualifications in nature-connected coaching and climate-aware approaches. →
