REALISE MINDFULNESS

Well-Being Coaching

Hello, I'm Kate,

I am a mindfulness teacher and coach with over 25 years of experience in supporting clients with well-being and growth.  I specialise in supporting women who may be frazzled, burnt out, underconfident, unfulfilled, or simply looking for a greater sense of well-being and presence in their life to reconnect with an inner sense of calm, vitality, and harmony.

Mindfulness and compassion have made such a difference in my own life, I am passionate about sharing how they can help you create a life filled with joy, peace, and purpose. I look forward to exploring how my unique blend of mindfulness, coaching, energy healing & somatics, and Equine Facilitated Learning can help you to realise the well-being and thriving you deserve.

Welcome to Realise Mindfulness

Natural Flourishing

My approach is grounded in mindful compassion and nature-based wisdom. I draw on the well-documented therapeutic benefits of connecting with nature and, whether you choose a group mindfulness programme, a series of coaching sessions over Zoom, or prefer to work with me in person, alongside my gentle herd of equines on the edge of the majestic Bambesch forest, we will explore how you can access the groundedness, peace and calm that we instinctively feel when we spend time in nature and connect with our own true nature.

Realising Holistic Well-Being

I offer a range of individual and group well-being programmes, including impactful, evidence-based mindfulness curriculums and therapeutic Equine Facilitated Learning.  Each one-to-one programme is tailor-made to focus on what is most important to you and, in our first session, we will explore your intentions and hopes for coaching and agree on our approach.

If you are ready to realise a life of flourishing and fulfilment and are looking for a little help to see the route or navigate the journey, I would love to support you. Why not book a free, no-obligation 30-minute Clarity Call to explore how I can help you to realise mindfulness, well-being, and personal growth?
