Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is one of the most rigorously researched mindfulness-based courses on offer. 

MBSR is an 8-week experiential, group-based programme and each session includes guided mindfulness meditations, movement practices and group discussion.


We also explore theories to help us understand stress, anxiety and low mood.  This can help us shift from reacting to the stress in our lives to responding with awareness and choice.

Mindfulness Courses in 2024

The next MBSR course will begin on Thursday 17th October 2024.

If you would like to attend an 8-week mindfulness course before then you may like to consider my MBCT course, beginning in February 2024.  MBSR can also be offered as a 1-2-1 course at a date and time to suit you.

MBSR to Suit You
