Mindfulness Courses for Stress Relief, Emotional Resilience, and Compassionate Living

Evidence-based group programmes taught with warmth, presence, and practical grounding by a BAMBA- and EAMBA-registered mindfulness teacher.

Mindfulness invites us to come home to ourselves — to pause, breathe, and meet each moment with a little more steadiness, kindness, and clarity. So many of us spend our days up in the busy attic of the mind, planning, analysing, or replaying the past. Mindfulness helps us come back to our senses, learning to pay gentle, consistent attention to our present-moment experience.

Alongside my 1-to-1 mindfulness-based coaching, I’m also qualified to teach a wide range of specialist, evidence-based mindfulness programmes. These are typically offered as group courses, where shared practice and learning can create a powerful sense of connection and support. You’ll find an overview of each programme below.

Through patience, practice, and the guidance of an experienced teacher, mindfulness can transform the way we relate to stress, difficulty, self-judgement, and even joy — helping us meet ourselves and others with greater compassion and appreciation for the life we’re already living.
