Service Description

During my signature EQUINE programme you will have the opportunity to experience the transformational power of Equine Facilitated Learning for yourself. My unique approach blends EFL, mindfulness, coaching and energy work and is an excellent way to build on the Body Based Awareness skills learnt in your Discovery session. During your EQUINE programme you will embark on a six-session personal journey with the herd. This experiential programme will invite you to: • Engage - connect through ancient wisdom and practical activities to build trust and relationship with the herd • Question - identify your signature strengths, explore the limiting beliefs that hold you back and find ways to overcome your blocks • Unlock - harness your authentic personal power and learn to set clear boundaries • Inhabit- explore the power of embodiment and understand the messages behind your emotions, respond wisely and ‘return to grazing’ • Navigate - get clarity on what matters to you and your life's direction. • Enjoy - appreciate the power of the present moment and switch from doing to being mode through ‘Equine Reflection’ time Please note, although the above areas encompass the themes commonly explored during the programme, each programme is individually tailored to the needs of the unique client. Therefore, content may vary from the above. By investing in a 6-session programme you benefit from the preferential rate of €685 for 6 x 90 minute private sessions and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to your personal growth and development. You can book the date of your first session through my on-line booking system and we can agree subsequent sessions at our first meeting. Sessions can be arranged at dates to suit you within a 6 month period of your programme start date.

Cancellation Policy

Conditions: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required in the event of cancellation of the event or programme. In the event that the programme is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% payment will be required. If the cancellation is received with less than 24 hours’ notice, then full payment will be required. If the cancellation is due to medical reasons and a medical certificate is provided, then a refund of 90% will be given within 7 days. Individual sessions which are part of an ongoing programme may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice by agreement. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be changed and treated as lost if part of multi-session programme. Thank you for your understanding.
