- Pause, reflect and unwind by spending time in nature and with our wise and gentle equine herd
- Learn some simple mindfulness techniques for everyday life
- Meet and connect with the equine members of the herd
- Explore coaching and compassion practices to connect with you inner calm and balance.
You will be invited harness your inner horse wisdom to make a transition from doing mode to being. Join us and discover your own equine equilibrium.
