Midweek Meditation Every Week in January 2026
Although we have enjoyed the last Midweek Meditation for 2025, I am pleased to announce that, to support you in starting 2026 with care and a nourishing commitment to yourself, Midweek Meditation will run every Wednesday morning in January.
You are warmly invited to join me for 30 minutes of guided mindfulness and reflection in a supportive online community.
Practising together helps sustain your own practice, build connection, and bring steadiness into the week. Research by Brown University shows that practising in a group, with a skilled teacher can strengthen commitment and enhance the benefits of mindfulness.
