Midweek Meditation Update
PLEASE NOTE: Midweek Meditation is on pause from May and through the Summer, but if you are local to Luxembourg, you can join me in-person for a Slow Down Saturday walk on 30th May or an on-line and in-person Summer Solstice Retreat on 27th June.

Practising together helps sustain your own practice, build connection, and bring steadiness into the week. Research by Brown University shows that practising in a group, with a skilled teacher can strengthen commitment and enhance the benefits of mindfulness.
