The Coming to Blossom programme is six 1-hour sessions designed to help you develop clarity, calm, and resilience, supported by evidence-based mindfulness and nature practices. What it is: Each session provides a reflective space to explore what matters most to you, uncover patterns limiting well-being, and practice mindful strategies for sustainable change. You can meet: 🏡In person at my Bereldange office 👩‍💻Online via Zoom 🍃In nature, through mindful walks, or animal- and equine-assisted experiences Through six sessions, we explore intentions, patterns of stress or overthinking, mindful and nature-based practices, and integration into daily life for sustained, growth. You have 12 months to complete six sessions, with the rhythm set by you — intensive, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. By choosing Coming to Blossom, you invest in yourself 🌱. These six sessions provide a reflective, evidence-informed space to build resilience, reduce stress, grow confidence, and gain practical tools to navigate challenges and flourish with a supportive partner by your side.


Cancellation Policy

Conditions: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required in the event of cancellation of the event or programme. In the event that the programme is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% payment will be required. If the cancellation is received with less than 24 hours’ notice, then full payment will be required. If the cancellation is due to medical reasons and a medical certificate is provided, then a refund of 90% will be given within 7 days. Individual sessions which are part of an ongoing programme may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice by agreement. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be changed and treated as lost if part of multi-session programme. Thank you for your understanding.
