MBSR: Grounded Presence

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) offers an evidence-based approach to the stresses, anxieties, and sense of disconnection that can arise from navigating these turbulent times.

This 8-week online Grounded Presence course brings together mindfulness, neuroscience, and nature-aware practice to help you meet life’s challenges with greater calm, resilience, and care. Through guided meditations, gentle movement, and shared reflection, you’ll learn to return to your senses, steady attention, and reconnect with what truly sustains you.

Grounded Presence invites you to notice how nature supports and mirrors our practice — reminding us that we are part of the living world, not separate from it. As we cultivate mindful awareness, we also awaken a deeper appreciation of our reciprocal relationship with Earth, and our shared capacity to care — for ourselves, one another, and the world we belong to.

MBSR is also available as a one-to-one programme, tailored to suit your schedule and needs. The private programme is delivered over eight 90-minute sessions, plus a 30-minute Orientation and a group Day of Practice. Contact me to discuss rates and availability.

During this chat, I will answer any questions and help you decide whether this is the right time for you to embark on the course. As a trauma-informed teacher, I take your learning and wellbeing seriously, and this conversation ensures your experience is safe, supported, and meaningful.
