About the event
During the session you will have an opportunity to:
- Pause, reflect and unwind by spending time in nature and with our wise and gentle equine herd
- Learn some simple grounding techniques for everyday life
- Meet and connect with the equine members of the herd
- Choose a companion horse to support you on your journey of discovery
You will be invited harness your inner horse wisdom to make a transition from doing mode to being. Join us and discover your own equine equilibrium.
