I’ll walk alongside you, offering gentle guidance, mindfulness tools, and nature-based practices that help you find calm, clarity, and confidence. Together we’ll explore what is alive for you, honour your experience, and support growth that is grounded, compassionate, and lasting.

This work is rooted in my 25+ years of experience in learning and development, therapeutic coaching, and mindfulness teaching — alongside my own long-term practice and professional training. We draw on mindfulness, embodiment, nature connection, somatics, and Reiki, framed through systems thinking, ecopsychology, deep time ecology, Presencing, and the Inner Development Goals.
